The fully furnished holiday house "Casa Ita" is located in the small village of Pontas Negras on the south side of Pico. "Casa Ita" is a fully modernised traditional stone built house and has beautiful views of the Atlantic ocean and Santa Cruz harbour from the kitchen/diner and from the terraces. The house is divided into:
The kitchen area is fully equipped with a gas hob and oven, extractor fan, sink, refrigerator, coffee machine, cupboards, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery etc and has plenty of work surfaces. The dinning area has a table and seating for four people, a coffee table and a large sofa that converts to an orthopaedic double bed. There is also a radio/CD/cassette player, a wood burning stove for those cooler autumn evenings and a large cupboard/wardrobe. The shower room comprises of a shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. The bedroom has a double bed and two large wardrobes. The house has tile floors and wood ceilings throughout with blinds at all windows facing the rising sun. The property has two terraced areas one with an overhead shade and a BBQ. Please note there is off road parking and a small electricity distribution point on a post approximately 25 meters from the house. The house has a floor area of approximately 70 square meters and can comfortably accommodate four people. All bed linen and household towels are provided.
Rent per day
We offer transfer or Follow-me from the ferry in Madalena or the airport on Pico to the holiday house for 30,00 Euro. For longer rents we can offer you a special price. Contact us.
