Also the holiday house “Casa Mauro” is in the village Calheta de Nesquim on the south side Pico.

Since it lies above the village, also this house has a beautiful view to the sea.

The house is divided into:

	kitchen
	corridor
	bath

A further area to use as second sleeping area is at the ground floor and a separate entrance can be attained.

Also this house has a beautiful terrace.

The kitchen is completely furnished with gas cooker, refrigerator, table-ware, electrical appliances, etc.

All household articles e.g. towels, bedlinen, table-ware, etc. are available.

In a separate building there is a washing machine.

The size of the apartment covers approx. 40 qm without the lower area.

In this house up to 4 persons can be accommodated.

Rent per day

All-season	75,00 Euro
Final cleaning	30,00 Euro

Arrival and departure days are considered as renting days.

We offer transfer or Follow-me from the ferry in Madalena or the airport on Pico to the holiday house for 30,00 Euro.
